Magnus Josefsson
Bio
Magnus acquired his Ph.D. in business and managment in 2015. In his research, Magnus has worked with small and medium sized organisations in the UK’s creative digital sector. His particular interest is sense making in organisations i.e. how meaningful coalitions emerge and collaborate to create value for the organisations despite often significant internal differences in motivations and agendas. His research attempts to model the social dynamics of creativity in the context of digital ecologies.
