Meet DiDIY at the fOSSa 2015 conference
The Free Open Source Software for Academia (fOSSa) is a yearly France-based conference about Free/Libre Open Source and beyond: Open education, open collaboration, open data, open standard, open hardware & … open-ness.
We are happy to announce that fOSSa 2015, which will take place next week in Nantes, will include two presentations of the Digital DIY project:
- a general introduction to the Digital DIY phenomenon, and how and why the DiDIY project intends to study it, by Marco Fioretti
- a separate presentation of the legal and ethical challenges and opportunities of Digital DIY, whose study is a dedicated part of the DiDIY project, by Wouter Tebbens
Besides the talks, it will also be possible to know more about the project by meeting Marco and Wouter at the DiDIY/FKI booth in the fOSSa DiY Village, on September 24th, from 3 to 6 pm.
We look forward to meet you at fOSSa 2015, and thank you in advance for forwarding this invitation to whoever may be interested.
